No experience needed - Get paid while learning in your new exciting career as an Auto Sales Representative. We have a rare opportunity to add new Sales Representatives to our Sales Department in beautiful Westlake Village.   

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for an energetic, customer focused persons with a professional appearance who is willing to be trained to use their above average social skills to present and sell our cars. You will have excellent written skills and a higher than average speaking ability along with over the moon enthusiasm.  

Preferably you will have experience in sales and/or customer service of a retailer or services company. Must have the ability to have a customer hear you "smile" over the phone as you make daily required sales and follow-up calls.
You will be presenting and demonstrating beautiful automobiles to potential clients while staying in regular communication with them in our CRM system and on the phone. You will be keeping them up to date with product updates and following up after the sales to generate additional sales. Communication is key and good social media skills will be an advantage.

What You Need
1. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
2. Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
4. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
5. Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
6. Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
7. Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
8. Current, valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
9. All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
