I am a former Ladin Hyundai customer who recently transferred maintenance service of my Hyundai vehicle to O'Gara in Westlake. While at Ladin, Mrs. Branham took care of me and was saddened to learn of their recent closure after many years of service.

 

I recently had my 2012 Hyundai Tucson serviced at your new facility and found the customer service experience excellent and consistent with that which I received at Ladin. During my car's recent service, Dennis and Ben were professional, courteous, and very helpful. Dennis provided me a price quote for the service ahead of time as well as updates while I waited at the facility. Additionally, Dennis offered me local transportation in the event the car maintenance extended later in the day, which was most appreciated.
