For thirty plus years I've driven a Ford. Last year when I began shopping for a new car I discovered my Ford that I loved was no longer being produced - Edge. I'm very happy with my car buying experience at Westlake Hyundai. Out of at least 50 places I contacted, my salesman was the only one who promptly provided me the complete out-the-door price via text. I negotiated a discount via text. From arrival to the time that I left with the Tucson was only about 1.5 hours. The total price was actually a few hundred dollars less than what was quoted. The document fees were far lower than any other dealer too. By the time I was done with the paperwork, our salesman had filled up my Tucson with gas and sent me on my way!!

He kept his promises and understood my need for an efficient and virtual process. We were close on price and I was stubborn; our salesperson remained engaged and sought to create value to make up our small difference in price. In the end, he worked hard and made me feel like I did well on the purchase (let's face it, we want to feel like we won the negotiation - regardless of reality!) He hand-delivered the car 30 miles away to my home and ensured a virtual document process allowing me to transact without a commute - amazing! ... The finance process was efficient and transparent; a big thank you to the finance manager who also represented the company well. I've had nothing but the best experience with Westlake Hyundai even though I was very difficult to deal with. I found the car online, reached out to Westlake and started chatting with them about the car. I'm from Nevada so I had a lot of questions before I decided to book a flight to come and see it. Our salesperson, who was the representative dealing with me, was so helpful. He answered all my questions and sent many videos of the car so I knew exactly what it looked like before I came in. We negotiated the price over the phone and when I came in, he honored the exact amount we discussed. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours which is unbelievable.

This is the ONLY dealership I'll take my Kona N to now. I came here for service last week (after being frustrated with a couple dealerships in LA) and had an awesome experience. The service advisor told me everything I needed to know up front, the technician who looked at my car went with me on a ride to make sure the noise he was hearing is the same one I was referring to, and he even went out of his way to show me the tool he used to diagnose after I nerded out a bit. The guy who handled the loaner paperwork, the technician, the person who walked me over to the rental trailer -- everybody was super personable… Super professional dealership. We're thinking about maybe picking up an Elantra N next year - if we do, I won't buy from anywhere else. I've had experience with a total of 4 Hyundai dealers now -- this one is BY FAR the best.
